Thank you for choosing Sarva Fine Arts for your artistic journey. By submitting your enrollment for any program or class, including but not limited to trial classes or auditions, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

 

              1. Registration and Payment: Enrollment in any program or class is contingent upon full payment of all applicable fees. Sarva Fine Arts reserves the right to allow enrollment in ongoing programs at its discretion, with fees prorated accordingly. Registrations are non-transferable.

     

            2. Withdrawal and Refunds: No refunds will be issued for missed classes or withdrawals from programs, except in cases of documented medical reasons. Sarva Fine Arts reserves the right to assess and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

           3. Absences and Rescheduling: Fees will not be prorated for missed classes. Students/Parents are required to use the Sarva Fine Arts mobile app to reschedule classes at least 5 hours before the scheduled time.

           

               4. Student Conduct: Students must adhere to all rules, etiquette, and guidelines set by Sarva Fine Arts regarding conduct, attire, and procedures

              5. Punctuality: Students are expected to attend classes punctually. Late arrivals may not be admitted without valid reasons.

           6. Termination: Sarva Fine Arts reserves the right to terminate students from programs for lack of seriousness, disciplinary issues, or failure to meet requirements, with no refund of fees.

           7. Class Changes: Sarva Fine Arts may change or cancel scheduled classes or instructors as needed, with any cancellations being rescheduled by the institute.

             

                8. Indemnity: Participation in classes involves inherent risks, and Sarva Fine Arts shall not be liable for any resulting loss, injury, or damage. By enrolling, you agree to indemnify Sarva Fine Arts against all claims and liabilities.

              

             9. Intellectual Property: All exercises, class sequences, and materials taught in class remain the property of Sarva Fine Arts. Additionally, Sarva Fine Arts reserves the copyrights to any pictures and videos recorded of the student during classes or performances. By enrolling in Sarva Fine Arts, you agree to be part of pictures or videos used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such materials, please inform us in writing.

              10.  Data Protection: By enrolling in our classes, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data by Sarva Fine Arts in accordance with our privacy policy.

Amendments: Sarva Fine Arts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, with notice provided to enrolled students prior to changes taking effect.

          11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
